Reviews
Scribe & Quill's Book Reviews page provides an alphabetized
list of book titles with links to their reviews. These are reviews that
have been published in past issues of Scribe & Quill.
The aim is to provide personal assessments of these books, with
the goal of informing and entertaining, while allowing you to discover
the myriad details of the plots and the characters on your own. The
reviews are generally 200-500 words long.
Most of our reviews are written by our book review staff. However, we occasionally publish book reviews by non-staff writers. To query us about submitting a book review, please visit our guidelines page.
To apply as a book reviewer for Scribe & Quill, e-mail us with your name, a brief paragraph about yourself and a short writing sample. Experience is NOT necessary; we only ask that you like to read books of all kinds, that you're willing to read both print and electronic books and you have a reasonable understanding of spelling and grammar.
Reviewers keep the books they review. They also receive payment in the form of one 100-word text add or banner ad per published review. In addition, reviewers receive 30 days of book gallery services FREE OF CHARGE for each published review. All proceeds from book gallery sales go directly to the author and Scribe & Quill does not keep any percentage from those sales.
